Gordon is a resident of Upper Tantallon, Nova Scotia and has been working with wood for over 20 years. He was introduced to woodturning 8 years ago and it has become a true passion.
NEW! Students will learn the basics of spindle turning by turning a set of 3 candle sticks. The proper methods of holding blanks while turning will be covered as well as the various tools & safety of the woodshop. Protective finishes will be discussed and available for use.
$165 + materials fee $40 payable to the instructor on October 24
Class size: 5 (no experience necessary)
