Acoustic Guitar Construction Workshop Course

Participants construct and assembly an acoustic guitar. They can build an OM ,
Dreadnought or Classical. They will learn theory of acoustics and struture as well as practical use of hand tools and other luthier techniques. Every participant leaves with a completed guitar, finished with strings.

This is the 7th course Burgin Guitars has offered, in the last 12 years. With over 80 students and the assistance of David Freeman a luthier educator from Saskatchewan, Canada. This course offers a high level of skill learning.

8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday for 18 days.

"David Freeman has custom-built fretted musical instruments since 1980, training luthiers since 1986. He sells lutherie supplies to other builders. He builds with traditional & alternative woods, researching new sound concepts, drawing from various Masters. David has taught & consulted in New Zealand & Malaysia."
